About Us

Hope is necessary to inspire people to believe that life can change, but change is only sustainable when the pressing educational, emotional, physical and spiritual issues affecting the total person are addressed.  We want to provide this type of life-changing environment to all people in northern Harnett, western Johnston and southern Wake counties, especially youth and families that experience multiple challenges and risk factors.  We are currently providing mentoring for youth in Angier, Lillington, and Fuquay.

This is the vision of The Hope Project:  To provide acceptance, hope and transformation to our most vulnerable neighbors.

The Hope Project is a non-profit organization and the social outreach arm of Grace Community Church.
